Working out with a friend can be a great fitness experience. You will still enjoy the privacy of your own personal training studio (It's just you, a friend and your trainer) But now you can share the challenge while keeping each other motivated.

This program works best if you get together with someone you get along with, share similar goals and abilities with, and most importantly someone who is as serious as you are and will always give you that extra push when needed.


Small Group Fitness Challenge

How would you like to get in great shape, burn unwanted fat, and sculpt a healthier body with your closest friends? The Fitness 4 San Diego small group program offers private group sessions in a fun and motivating environment.

These group classes will involve challenging exercises and educational material as well. We will cover many ways to help the entire group get fit together, both during and outside of the scheduled sessions.

Our studio is reserved for you and your group for the entire session. Besides being able to train in your own private facility, you will have the instruction and pre-planned workouts designed by a qualified personal fitness trainer who will be with you throughout the entire program.

How Much?
Group sessions are billed monthly per each individual as follows:

2 sessions per week....... $150/Month
3 sessions per week....... $200/Month
