Small Group Fitness Challenge How would you like to get in great shape, burn unwanted fat, and sculpt a healthier body with your closest friends? The Fitness 4 San Diego small group program offers private group sessions in a fun and motivating environment. These group classes will involve challenging exercises and educational material as well.
